Our apartments are located one block east of the OSU campus, and within walking distance of banking, shopping, and dining. The complex is medium in size with 108 units, both one and two-bedrooms.
Our complex offers a variety of benefits. We have a professional onsite-maintenance staff and management, who can be reached 24 hours a day. We are an all-bills-paid complex (excluding phone and internet), which saves on hefty utility deposits and variations in billing cycles. We offer both furnished and unfurnished units, designated resident parking, two onsite laundry facilities, and summer storage rates.
