- One (1) bedroom apartment, one person: $525 per month, $400 deposit
- One (1) bedroom apartment, two people: $675 per month, $500 deposit

We also have furnished apartments available. These units include a couch, chair, bed, dresser, table & chairs, nightstand, end table, and coffee table. Furnished rates are:
- One (1) bedroom apartment, one person: $545 per month, $400 deposit
- One (1) bedroom apartment, two people: $695 per month, $500 deposit
- Two (2) bedroom apartment, two people: $780 per month, $500 deposit
Additional information:
- There is a non-refundable $10 application fee per tenant, to be paid when application is processed or received.
- Rent must be paid on the date that you move into your apartment. If you do not move in on the first of the month, your rent will be pro-rated on the date that you move in.
- Tenants must also pay their "last month of rent" at the time they move into their apartment. This rent payment is held by Casa Mia Apartments until the last month of the tenant(s) lease, and the tenant is credited for the amount paid when he or she moved in. This is separate from the deposit. Tenants can pay this "last month of rent" over a three month period if they are not able to pay this on the day they move in.
- No more than two people can live in a one-bedroom apartment, and no more than four can live in a two-bedroom apartment.
- Each additional occupant will add $150.00 monthly to the rent total, due to the increase in utilities. For tenants living in two bedroom apartments that desire to have more than two tenants, $250 will be added to the required deposit for the third and fourth tenant. Prices reflected above are for two tenant occupancy.
- Furnished two-bedroom apartments housing more than two occupants will be furnished the same as two-bedroom apartments housing two occupants.
- All leases end on May 30, regardless of your move-in date. At this time a tenant may decide to renew for the summer months of June and July, ending July 30, or he or she may renew through May 30 of the following year.
- Summer storage rates are available. If you choose to not stay at Casa Mia during the months of June and July you can pay a reduced rent amount of $225 per month for a one bedroom apartment or $350 a month for a two bedroom apartment. This is only available to tenants who do not live in their apartments, and it is only available during the months of June and July.
